"80+ days. Tall - like all Texans- indeterminate (naturally), regular-leaf tomato plants that can yield lots of BIG, 1-2 lb., yellow tomatoes with red striping inside and out (and generally a reddish star on bottom end). Very sweet, with well-balanced acid content, making extremely flavorful tomatoes with few seeds. I typically don't offer fruit this large for Texas growers, but if you are going to try a whopping-big beefsteak, why not 'Texas Star'!"From Tomatofest (c)
